• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

LoomaaStudio AI relies on third-party providers, including Google Gemini API, for functionality.

• You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms, including Google's API terms of service.
• We are not responsible for interruptions, limitations, or changes to third-party services.

7. Payment and Subscription

If our Services include paid features:

• Fees, billing cycles, and payment methods will be specified at the time of purchase.
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by Ghanaian law.
